Our Intention: 100% of orders are shipped within three to five business days.
Mainland US: Standard Shipping (3-5 business days, may vary between shipping companies) $14.99; Free Standard Shipping on orders over $90. Expedited Shipping (3 days or less from dispatch) $19.99.
Hawaii, Alaska & other US territories: DHL Globalmail Parcel Direct (5-10 business days) $19.99.
Canada: DHL Globalmail Parcel Direct (5-10 business days) $14.99 - orders to Canada may also be subject to customs fees.
Central & South America: DHL Globalmail Parcel Direct (6-12 business days) $19.99.
Australia & New Zealand: DHL Globalmail Parcel Direct (6-12 business days) $19.99.
Asia: DHL Globalmail Parcel Direct (6-12 business days) $19.99.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 15 days without processing fees. Please note that items returned within 15 days can be refunded to the original payment source.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from The Art of Alignment website. Returned items must be received in new, unused, and re-sellable condition. Shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable. Please mail products to 212 Zion Dr. Las Vegas, Nevada 89107.
If you received damaged products, please return package to your local post office and submit a claim. If you do not receive your package within 15 days please file a claim with your local post office. Email Claim ID Number to t.a.o.a.369.com so we may send your replacement package immediately.
